(1) In accordance with the Act and these regulations, employees, technical examiners or individuals employed in the work of the Center may request the assistance of any government office, other agency or individual.
(2) If assistance is requested according to sub-rule (1), it shall be the duty of the relevant government office, agency or person to provide the necessary assistance.
(3) If it is necessary to consult an expert working in an agency in relation to the work related to investigation to be done in accordance with this regulation, or if it appears that such an expert should be involved in the investigation, the center may request the relevant agency to send him to work for consultation or for a specific period, and in this way the request is fulfilled. If it comes, it will be the duty of such body to assist by sending the relevant experts to the center.
